Service Policy

1. Deposit: A non-refundable $25 deposit is required at booking and will go toward your service.

2. Cancellations:

   • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) incur a fee of 25% of the service total.

   • No-shows are charged 50% of the service total.

   • After 4 consecutive cancellations, you may be let go as a client.​​

3. Satisfaction: If you're not satisfied, please notify me within 2 days to correct the issue.

4. Pricing: All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Additional services will increase your total.

5. Hair for Installs Policy:

I do not accept synthetic or Amazon hair bundles or wigs for installs. These types of hair tangle, shed excessively, and do not hold styles well. Please invest in quality hair for the best results.

6. Booking Policy:
I do not double book appointments. If your preferred time is unavailable, please reach out to me. My correct hours are listed below.

7.Service Details: All services include shampoo, conditioning, and blow-dry (except consultations and trims). No express services available; please plan accordingly.

8.Shampoo Policy: Arriving with your hair already shampooed does not speed up the process. I will re-shampoo your hair to ensure it is thoroughly clean and properly moisturized, so I can provide you with my best service and style.

9. Wig Services: You can drop off your wig for preparation (bleaching, plucking, shampooing)

10. Age & Service Restrictions:

• I do not service children under 18.

• No braiding, locs, or natural styles offered.

11.Social Media: Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
